Pay & Schedule:
- Pay: $15.00–$18.00 per hour.
- Job Type: Full-time.
- Schedule: 8-hour shift | Day shift | Monday–Friday.
- No nights. No weekends.
- Work location: In person.

What You’ll Do:
As an Assistant Teacher, you will support the Lead Teacher and classroom team by:
- Interacting with children to support play, exploration, and learning.
- Helping meet individual needs through warm, responsive care.
- Assisting with classroom set-up and room arrangement to support learning goals.
- Supporting age-appropriate expectations and positive guidance.
- Helping implement activities that build self-esteem and social skills.
- Communicating appropriately and professionally with families and teammates.
- Building teamwork and contributing to a positive, supportive culture.
- Committing to continuing education and growth.
Qualifications:
- 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma.
- A genuine love for children and a positive, dependable attitude.
