Your Role:
- Provide responsive, nurturing care for infants.
- Support early developmental milestones through intentional interactions.
- Maintain consistent routines that promote security and trust.
- Create a calm, clean, and organized infant environment.
- Partner professionally with families.
- Follow health, safety, and licensing standards with care and consistency.
You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
- CDA or college coursework (6 ECE credit hours).
- Experience working with infants preferred.
- Knowledge of infant development and responsive caregiving.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A calm, patient, and professional approach to caregiving.
Pay: $18-$22/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Positions: Full-time & Part-time
