Your Role:
- Create a warm, engaging classroom environment.
- Support early developmental milestones through intentional interactions.
- Implement lesson plans from our Learning Beyond Paper curriculum
- Support each child’s social, emotional & academic growth
- Partner professionally with families.
- Follow health, safety, and licensing standards with care and consistency.
You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
- Early Childhood Teacher Qualified - CDA or college coursework (6 ECE credit hours).
- Experience working with this age group preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A calm, patient, and professional approach to caregiving.
Pay: $18-$22/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday
