Assistant Teacher (Full-Time) – Ecole 360 Child Development Center.

Palatine | $15.00–$18.00/hour | Monday–Friday | No Nights / No Weekends.

Ecole 360 Child Development Center in Palatine is seeking dedicated, enthusiastic Assistant Teachers to join our team. If you love working with children and want to make a positive impact every day, we’d love to meet you.

Pay & Schedule:

Pay: $15.00–$18.00 per hour.
Job Type: Full-time.
Schedule: 8-hour shift | Day shift | Monday–Friday.
No nights. No weekends.
Work location: In person.

What You’ll Do:

As an Assistant Teacher, you will support the Lead Teacher and classroom team by:

Interacting with children to support play, exploration, and learning.
Helping meet individual needs through warm, responsive care.
Assisting with classroom set-up and room arrangement to support learning goals.
Supporting age-appropriate expectations and positive guidance.
Helping implement activities that build self-esteem and social skills.
Communicating appropriately and professionally with families and teammates.
Building teamwork and contributing to a positive, supportive culture.
Committing to continuing education and growth.

Qualifications:

18 years of age or older.
High School Diploma.
A genuine love for children and a positive, dependable attitude.
